Blink's Grand Opening

Blink Coffee Company would like to thank all those for visiting us on our Grand Opening, Saturday, February 16th, 2008! The afternoon was bustling with customers from throughout Colorado. They enjoyed tasting the coffee and specialty beverages, sampling our salads, sandwiches and desserts.

Our Door Prize winners were Kathy Vislianco & Trudi Hoffman from Grand Junction, Mary Lasley & Diane Guard from Palisade and Max Lazarre from Chicago. Congratulations to the winners!

Watercolor artist Gerald Fritzler visited showcasing seven paintings which will be on display thru March 16, 2008.

SR Design jewlery by Stephanie Reynolds is now available at Blink. We also have beautiful cards available by local photographer Jim Cox.

Calling all local artist in the Grand Valley / Plateau Valley area. We are looking for local talents to exhibit their art work in Mesa, Colorado at Blink Coffee for a 6 to 8 week period. We are looking for artwork in the form of painting or photography (things we can hang on the wall).

Grand Opening Event Feb 16th

We are so excited for our Official Grand Opening on February 16, 2008. The grand opening event kicks off at 11011 Highway 65 at 7:00 am, and Blink promises fun-filled day of coffee and community. Baristas will serve up local coffees, teas and specialty drinks and eats to the tune of music, art displays and plenty of giveaways.

Also that day, celebrated local watercolor painter, Gerald Fritzler, opens the first art show at Blink and Stephanie Reynolds of SR Designs will debut her spring jewelry collection for the event.
